Women are a small but growing percentage of employees in the wind energy industry. Having a mentor is an important success factor for career advancement and growth, particularly for women.  After four successful sessions with our online mentoring system provider, WoWE shifted the mentoring program into our online Member Center on our website www.womenofwindenergy.org.  The new program includes increased flexibility for participants and a new collection of resources in the WoWE Library, a part of the online Member Center.  
To learn more about the re-vitalized mentoring program and new resources, please join us for a national launch party on February 16, 2012.  Local WoWE chapters will be hosting events around the country and joining one of two national conference calls/webinars or you can log into our webinar from any location starting at 6:30 pm Eastern or 8:30 pm Eastern.
