Hotel and Travel:
If you'll be staying overnight at the Broadmoor, you are welcome to use the AWEA Fall Symposium's discounted room rate ($185). This rate will be available for reservations made before October 14 (or until all the discounted rooms are booked). All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to WoWE in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds may not be processed until after the completion of the event. All refund requests received by October 30 will be processed less a $75 administrative fee. There will be no refunds made for cancellations after October 30 or for no-shows. However, substitutions are permitted for no charge. Email information on substitutions to email@example.com.
