How will this work?
During the March/April registration period, you will be able to sign up through the WoWE website and after registration ends on April 10, you will be assigned to a Peer Mentoring Group by the WoWE Mentoring Committee. Groups will meet (in-person or online) six times between April and October - choosing dates and times that work best for the group members.
Groups will be assigned based on registration information you provide such as:
What do you hope to gain from this experience?
What discussion topics are most important to you?
How many years have you been working in renewable energy?
Detailed Session Guides and Information will be provided for the whole group for each session. The first session will be facilitated by one of the members of WoWE’s Mentoring Committee and after that group members will rotate the facilitator role for the remaining sessions.
